This Privacy Policy describes how AffiliateHub.me (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website at affiliatehub.me and when you use our Affiliate Hub software and related services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account and license: When you purchase a license or sign up for a trial, we may collect your name, email address, payment-related information (processed by our payment provider), and license key.
- Support and contact: If you contact us for support or inquiries, we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your messages.
- Website: If you sign up for a newsletter, waitlist, or form on affiliatehub.me, we collect the information you submit (e.g., email address).
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Website usage: When you visit affiliatehub.me, we may collect certain information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited. This may be done via cookies, log files, or similar technologies.
- License validation: Our Affiliate Hub desktop application may contact our servers (e.g., affiliatehub.me or our configured license endpoint) to validate your license. In that process, we may receive your license key and basic request metadata (e.g., IP, timestamp) to verify eligibility and enforce terms.
1.3 Remote Analytics Sync (Feature)
Affiliate Hub includes a remote analytics feature: with a valid (non-trial) license, the desktop app can sync selected analytics and performance metrics to affiliatehub.me. This lets you:
- View your performance dashboards and tracking-ID metrics remotely (for example, on the go from the website); and
- Receive customized recommendations to improve ad and affiliate performance based on your synced metrics.
Credentials, session cookies, and detailed order/session records remain stored locally on your device. Only the analytics metrics described below are synced for this feature (and for the related uses in Section 5).
Amazon / Associates metrics we may sync include (without limitation):
- Tracking ID–level and region/store–level performance metrics (e.g., orders, items, sales, commission, profit, ROAS, shipped/ordered sales, reported earnings, Creator Connections and bounty amounts, return commission, and related aggregates)
- Date ranges, region codes, store identifiers, tracking IDs, and display currency
- Commission-profile descriptors needed to reproduce dashboard calculations
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad metrics we may sync include (without limitation):
- Ad-, ad set–, and campaign–level performance metrics, metadata, and related Insights fields
- Delivery, audience, and other breakdowns associated with your ads or tracking IDs
- Advertiser Page / Instagram account identifiers, usernames, and Ads Library links associated with your connected ad accounts
Optional diagnostics: If you consent, the app may also upload runtime or diagnostic logs for support and debugging.
1.4 Authentication and Secrets We Do Not Sync
Remote analytics sync never includes authentication information. In particular, we do not sync:
- Amazon account passwords, OTPs, or login credentials
- Amazon session cookies, CSRF tokens, or similar session material
- Meta/Facebook/Instagram access tokens, refresh tokens, app secrets, or cookie-based session credentials
- Local API tokens, encryption keys, or other secrets used to authenticate you to Amazon, Meta, or the desktop app
Those credentials and session materials remain on your device (or with the relevant platform under their terms), except where a separate, disclosed feature (such as OAuth relay during account connection) temporarily handles tokens solely to complete that connection.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Power remote analytics: let you view synced performance data on affiliatehub.me when you are away from your desktop.
- Provide customized recommendations and insights to help improve your ad and affiliate performance.
- Provide, maintain, and improve our website and the Affiliate Hub software and services.
- Validate licenses and enforce our terms of use and subscription limits.
- Process payments and communicate about your account or subscription.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
4. Third-Party Services and Sharing
We may share or use data with:
- Payment processors: To process payments; they have their own privacy policies.
- Hosting and infrastructure: Our website and backend services may be hosted by third parties (e.g., cloud or hosting providers) that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
- Analytics: We may use analytics services to understand website traffic; they may collect identifiers and usage data as described in their policies.
- Amazon and Meta/other platforms: The Affiliate Hub app communicates with Amazon and Meta (and optionally other platforms you connect) according to their APIs and policies. Metrics described in Section 1.3 may be synced to our servers to enable remote analytics and recommendations; authentication materials described in Section 1.4 are not included in those syncs.
We may disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets. Additional uses of Analytics Data (including commercialization) are described in Section 5 and apply to all subscriptions and licenses.
5. Analytics Data Rights
Remote analytics sync exists so you can access your metrics on the go and so we can deliver personalized performance recommendations. In connection with that feature—and by using the Service under any subscription, license, trial, or Beta access—you also grant us a worldwide, royalty-free right to use your Analytics Data in any manner we choose, including without limitation to:
- power remote dashboards and customized recommendations for you;
- review, analyze, aggregate, and internalize it;
- improve, train, benchmark, and develop our products and services;
- publish insights or reports (including in aggregated or de-identified form);
- share, license, commercialize, or sell it to third parties; and
- otherwise exploit it for our business purposes.
These rights apply equally to every account type and subscription tier.
“Analytics Data” means the Amazon tracking-ID and related Associates performance metrics, and all Meta/Facebook/Instagram ad metrics, breakdowns, and related non-authentication metadata, described in Section 1.3 that are uploaded to or stored on our systems.
Analytics Data does not include authentication information or secrets listed in Section 1.4. Those remain excluded from this grant and from metrics sync.
