These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at affiliatehub.me and the Affiliate Hub software and related services (together, the “Service”) provided by AffiliateHub.me (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your license key and account credentials secure. You must comply with the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement and any other platform terms that apply to your use of affiliate links or data.

2. License and Subscription

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Affiliate Hub software and services for your personal or business use in accordance with your subscription plan. Your right to use the Service is conditional on an active subscription and compliance with these Terms. We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws or third-party rights.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the software except where permitted by law.
  • Share, resell, or sublicense your license or access to the Service except as we expressly allow.
  • Use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, or interfere with the operation of our or others’ systems.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent license validation, usage limits, or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Your Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information and is incorporated into these Terms.

Affiliate Hub includes a remote analytics feature. Credentials, session materials, and detailed order/session records stay on your device. With a valid license, the app may sync selected analytics and performance metrics to affiliatehub.me so you can view your data remotely when you are on the go and so we can provide customized recommendations to improve ad and affiliate performance. Synced data may include:

  • Amazon Associates / tracking ID metrics (orders, sales, commission, earnings aggregates, and related performance fields); and
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad metrics, metadata, and related Insights breakdowns per ad or tracking ID.

Authentication information is never included in remote analytics sync. We do not upload Amazon passwords or session cookies, Meta access/refresh tokens or app secrets, or other login credentials through analytics sync.

By using the Service under any subscription, license, trial, or Beta access, you grant us the right to use your Analytics Data (as defined in the Privacy Policy) to provide remote analytics and recommendations, and otherwise in any manner we choose—including review, analysis, product development, commercialization, and sale—excluding authentication information. These rights apply equally to every account type and subscription tier. You are responsible for backing up local data and for the security of your device.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the Affiliate Hub software, website, branding, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data from Amazon or other third-party platforms, or for your compliance with their terms. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your license to use the software and services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide additional notice (e.g., by email or in the app). Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Utah.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order or plan terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
